The Dolphin, Poole


FRA are appointed for the brand design, wayfinding and digital strategy for The Dolphin Centre, Poole as part of the shopping centre’s relaunch. Working closely with client Legal & General and architects TP Bennett, we are involved in brand workshops, evolving the brand and preparing brand guidelines to help inform marketing collateral, website, advertising and digital media as well as PR and event marketing. We are developing the wayfinding strategy to draw visitors and help them navigate the vast 430,000 sq ft of covered retail space over three levels and out into open streetscapes.
