Fran leads the wayfinding design team here at FRA. She has over 30 years experience working on commercial interiors, including some of the best retail, leisure and cultural destinations in the UK and Europe. She is passionate about building memorable places and oversees strategy, design and implementation of each project working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure each scheme is delivered to perfection. Fran likes to seek out those elements in each project that makes a difference, to get under the skin and deliver something bespoke and tailored.

Jamie has over 13 years experience in the signage industry and is a stickler for quality. As MD Jamie steers the ship of FRA ensuring that the company is fully resourced and he provides our technical underpinning. He is at the vanguard of sign manufacturing processes and techniques and has managed award winning wayfinding schemes in the UK. Jamie believes in proactive customer service and works closely with clients, stakeholders and contractors to ensure the smooth and exacting delivery of each project.
Nick’s a seasoned and driven designer who has worked through various graphics disciplines - and who continues to have fun with the media. He has a rich background working within various design sectors; corporate ID, design for the music and leisure industries, packaging and even illustration! At the helm of the FRA Information and Graphic Design team, he applies his accumulated experience to the conundrums of branding, wayfinding and digital design to deliver sensitive yet savvy solutions that are brand focussed.
Imogen is a key member of our design team working directly with our Creative and Design Directors on a variety of branding and wayfinding projects. She has a background in Graphic and Media Design and is astute in digital communications as well as bringing flair to wayfinding and placemaking.
Wes joined FRA in February 2018 and brings a versatile skill set and vast international project experience to the team. Working in the UK, US, Middle East and Asia for 17 over years, Wesley has delivered wayfinding, placemaking and branding projects at scales ranging from the quick and radical to industry defining mega-projects. His passion to use design as a tool that enhance people’s lives has created an approach to projects that fuses the business objectives of the project with a deeply humanistic approach to design. He is an active member of the design community, member of the Sign Design Society steering group and volunteer mentor for regional universities and local charities.
Marketing & PR Director
Rachel has over 10 years experience in the signage industry and is ultimately responsible for FRA’s Marketing & PR and making sure that we develop our brand and professionalism. She and Jamie form the backbone of the company and ensure that we function as a well honed team.
Martin has worked on complex internal and external wayfinding projects as both a wayfinding planner and a graphic designer, his involvement in county-wide wayfinding schemes has given him experience in high level strategy, detailed sign placement, phasing of signage implementation and working alongside stakeholders, design agencies and product designers to meet and exceed client expectations. Martin has extensive experience in designing and managing the creation of mapping for towns across the country, he possesses a solid grounding in best practice mapping techniques and a desire to innovate and add value to each project.
