As principal wayfinding partner for Legal & General’s BTR portfolio, we have recently been appointed on of their largest build to rent scheme to date. The flagship £500m development in Wandsworth spans over 6 acres and will provide 1,000 homes and 85,000 sq ft of commercial space.
Continuing our relationship with L&G and their design team; brand agents, Identity, interior designers Lister + Lister and architects Hawkins Brown, we will work on the wayfinding strategy and design through to end stage delivery ensuring full design intent and quality assurance is met.
Wandsworth will be our 9th residential project with L&G along with: Deansgate Square, Slate Yard, Spring Wharf, Blackhorse Mills, Mustard Wharf. Whitmore Collection and Box Makers Yard and The Palnut.
