Following a competitive tender, Linkcity (part of the Bouygues Group) has appointed FRA to carry out the wayfinding strategy and signage scheme design for Hallsville Quarter, a new town centre development in Canning Town.
The new £600 million scheme is being created to establish a lasting legacy for Canning Town. It is one of the most exciting and significant town centre regeneration projects in London. FRA has been asked to prepare a wayfinding strategy for the public realm areas currently under construction that is also capable of being rolled out to future phases.
Forming part of the £3.7 billion Canning Town and Custom House Regeneration Programme, Hallsville Quarter will act as the catalyst for the transformation of the wider area, helping to form a new, thriving and prosperous district centre for this emerging area of East London.
