This prestigious, environmentally conscious scheme, encompasses what is Dublin’s finest Grade A office space. The future-facing new build development champions next generation business and working lifestyle requirements. Wellbeing, health and environment are at the heart of all design and functionality.

f.r.a. were commissioned to create the wayfinding and placemaking for the project.
The cornerstone of this work is an art installation located in the main reception lobby design by our studio.

Our work connects this new project to the rich context of Irish literary heritage. Dawson Street was historically home to the city’s best book stores and is neighbours with Trinity Library. The art installation found our team creating a bespoke typeface for the project which is used in animated video projection within the lobby, massive laser cut metal panels and as a feature of the wayfinding.
