Riverstone Heights is a luxury BTR scheme set on the banks of the picturesque River Lea. The exclusive amenities are design by the internally renowned Aaron David Clarke (ADC) Atelier. These environments feature rich textures, bespoke joinery, seating and lighting and abundant planting that brings the community closer to nature and each other.
Our design for the wayfinding creates a harmony with the rich interiors by producing minimalistic signs with an exceptional level of craftsmanship and materiality. Feature areas are marked by 15mm thick solid brass letters that have carved prismatic faces. This is a classic sign making technique, rarely seen in the modern age, but made possible through our project delivery team’s careful control of process and prototyping.
For flexible spaces we designed a series of unique facited brass desktop sculptures.
