The Sessile

Nestled in the lush backdrop of Tottenham Hale’s growing creative community, The Sessile redefines luxury rental living through exceptional amenity and interior design. Linda Boronkay, famed designer for SOHO House, was commissioned to create the communal spaces, which include a gym, yoga studio, vinyl room, private dining area and rooftop orangery, all designed to foster connection between the residents in an environment rich with texture, materiality, bold design and authentic vintage statement pieces.

Collaborating with Boronkay and the client’s branding team, Here Design, we created a dynamic wayfinding system for the project. The wayfinding was a unifying design element across the feature, amenity and common areas of the project utilising signs in specialty finished metals, glass and terra cotta. The terra cotta signs bridged the brand concept relating to the Tottenham’s history in pottery making with bespoke green glazes created for the Boronkay interiors.
